Shipping & Returns
- Please note: There may be delays in orders being delivered by Australia Post due to Covid-19 restrictions.
- We send orders via standard delivery Australia Post. We also offer door to door delivery where possible.
- The cost of shipping is calculated for each order at check out and we aim to minimise this for you as much as possible.
- Orders will be dispatched every Wednesday.
- The current delivery times for Australia Post is around 5 business days from dispatch.
- If you need your order urgently please contact us and we will arrange Express Post or express local drop off. This may attract a higher shipping rate.
- We package all of our orders in the most sustainable shipping packaging we can find - an Australian made, certified home-compostable mailer bag. Further information can be found on our Sustainability page.
- If your item is not received within 10 business days please contact us.
- Currently we offer International delivery to New Zealand for a flat rate of $9.95. Pause Australia is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied at your port of entry. We would be happy to work with you if you live elsewhere in the world and wish to order, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns and Exchanges
- We want you to be happy with your purchase and we are committed to providing you with high quality products.
- If your order is received and your products are damaged, faulty or you did not receive the correct product, we will provide you a replacement or refund within 30 days.
- Please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com.
- Due to hygienic reasons we cannot refund or exchange products where you have changed your mind.
- If your order has been returned to us because you have supplied the wrong address, or have not collected the package in time, we will contact you via email.
